What we collect

The design-partner application form collects your work email, company name, a GitHub repository or company website, your team size, and a free-text description of the AI features you're shipping. The AI PR Verification Checklist form collects only your work email. Both forms include a hidden field used solely to detect automated spam submissions — it collects nothing from a real visitor.

Why we collect it

To respond to design-partner applications, to deliver the AI PR Verification Checklist, and for internal review of inbound interest in Vouqis Verify. We don't use this information for anything beyond responding to your specific submission.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the privacy-respecting analytics used to understand aggregate traffic (page views and anonymized event counts — never form content, email addresses, or free-text answers). Form submissions are delivered by email via Resend, a transactional email provider, to an internal address we monitor. We don't use any other third-party service to process what you submit.

How long we keep it

We don't currently operate a separate database of form submissions. Submitted information is delivered by email to our internal inbox for review and is retained for as long as that email record exists. We haven't yet implemented an automated retention or deletion schedule — if you'd like something removed sooner, see below.

Requesting deletion

If a founder has followed up with you by email after a submission, you can reply to that email and ask us to delete your information. If you haven't heard back, you can submit the design-partner application form again with a note asking us to delete a prior submission, and we'll action it when we review it.

Questions

This policy describes what actually happens in our systems today, not a general compliance framework — we don't claim certification under any specific privacy regulation. If anything here is unclear, use the design-partner form to ask and reference this page.
